What makes all of this different from other services? For starters, I'm here by the phone, at my desk, ready to take your call or answer your email. There is no shuffling your requests to "on-call" technicians or overseas call centers. If you call and I don't answer it's because I am with another customer, or working on a podcast episode or a training video. I will get back to you soon after.

In addition to support I work with you to train you on how to use your software, equipment, pretty much whatever you need. There are other support services out there, but few if any offer training through videos, email, and over the phone with remote assistance.

With over 25 years of experience as both a systems/network engineer and a professional photographer I have a solid skillset.  For the last four years I have worked exclusively with photo booth owners, supporting their software, equipment, and providing business guidance.

If you find yourself alone after your photo booth provider closes, or you built your own booth and would like more than vendor support then this is the place for you.
